Do you have any questions regarding the registration?
Registration is free of charge. Participants are responsible for all other costs related to their attendance.
Yes, registration is required to attend. You can register online through the Annual Meetings website using the registration code provided in your invitation letter.
Registration confirmation issuance may vary, but you can expect to receive a notification within approximately two business days. If you have not received your confirmation after reasonable period (5 business days), please contact our registration team at (amregistration@isdb.org).
An acknowledgment email is sent automatically upon submitting your registration. Participants should check their spam or junk folders. If the email cannot be found, please contact our support team for assistance. All correspondence regarding the Annual Meetings will be sent to the email address you provided in your registration application.
Yes, all accompanying family members (spouses and children) must register using the same registration code. Please, ensure that the principal participant completes his/her registration first. Afterwards, a new registration should be submitted for the accompanying family member, indicating the principal participant's full name and their relationship.
The official invitation letters are addressed to the head of the institution, who is responsible for designating members of the delegation.
Individuals wishing to attend Knowledge Sharing Events without an invitation should apply for accreditation through the Annual Meetings website.
Badges can be collected at the registration desk upon presentation of a passport or ID and the registration confirmation letter.
Registration lists are confidential and are not shared.
Do you have any questions regarding the program?
Attendance depends on the meeting type. Some meetings are restricted to official delegations, others are by invitation only, while Knowledge Sharing Events are open to participants. Please, refer to the Annual Meetings program published on the website, which clearly identifies the attendance requirements for each meeting/event.
A detailed program is published and updated regularly on the Annual Meetings website and application.
Yes, key events will be live-streamed to ensure that all interested parties can follow in real time. A link for the live-streamed events will be available in the program.
Agendas and documents are sent directly to Governors and Alternate Governors through official channels.
The Gala Dinner is an invitation only event. The host country will distribute the invitations to the list of invitees accordingly.

Questions regarding the accommodations?
No. The IsDB does not cover travel or accommodation expenses for participants.
There is no reimbursement policy. Please consult with your respective travel providers for information on their cancellation policies.
A list of the official hotels, including reservation details, negotiated rates, and booking deadlines, is available on the Annual Meetings website. To benefit from the negotiated rates, participants are advised to complete their reservations before the indicated deadlines. Please note that all hotel reservations are made on an individual basis and remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
Accommodation arrangements are made directly by participants with the official hotels listed with the official hotels listed on the Annual Meetings website. Information on rates, reservations, booking deadlines is available through the hotel links provided. After the deadlines, room availability at negotiated rates may be unavailable.
Do you have any questions regarding the visa process?
Once your registration is validated, you will receive an email notification containing a link to apply for your entry visa.
Participants are advised to refer to the Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs website to verify the applicable visa on arrival requirements for each country.
Do you have any questions regarding the other services?
Yes. Shuttle buses are available between the airport and the official hotels. Travel details should be provided to ensure availability of transportation services.
Yes. Shuttle bus services will operate between the official hotels and the Annual Meetings venue.
Yes. Simultaneous interpretation for knowledge events and statutory meetings will be provided in four languages, Arabic, English, French, and Azeri.
