Governors, Alternate Governors, and Observers

To complete your registration, you will need the following:

  • Official invitation letter with your unique registration code
  • Valid passport (at least six months validity)
  • Recent passport-size photograph (white background, JPG/PNG)

Registration Process:

  1. Access the online registration portal using the unique registration code provided in your invitation letter.
  2. Complete the registration form and upload the required documents.
  3. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email.

To complete your registration, you will need the following:

  •  Proof of media affiliation (letter, ID, or assignment confirmation)
  •  Short professional bio or resume
  •  List of media equipment to be brought on-site
  •  Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
  •  Recent passport-size photograph (white background, JPG/PNG)

Registration Process:

  1. Submit a media accreditation request by email to media@isdb.org, including the required information.
  2. Approved applicants will receive an invitation letter with the registration code.
  3. Complete the registration form and upload the required documents.
  4. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email.

Are there any fees for registration?

Registration is free of charge. Participants are responsible for all other costs related to their attendance.

Do I need to register? How do I register? Where can I find the registration information?

Yes, registration is required to attend. You can register online through the Annual Meetings website using the registration code provided in your invitation letter.

How long does it take to receive a registration confirmation?

Registration confirmation issuance may vary, but you can expect to receive a notification within approximately two business days. If you have not received your confirmation after reasonable period (5 business days), please contact our registration team at (amregistration@isdb.org).

Why have I not received any communication after registration?

An acknowledgment email is sent automatically upon submitting your registration. Participants should check their spam or junk folders. If the email cannot be found, please contact our support team for assistance. All correspondence regarding the Annual Meetings will be sent to the email address you provided in your registration application.

My spouse will be accompanying me. Does she/he need to register as well?

Yes, all accompanying family members (spouses and children) must register using the same registration code. Please, ensure that the principal participant completes his/her registration first. Afterwards, a new registration should be submitted for the accompanying family member, indicating the principal participant's full name and their relationship.

Can I request a customized invitation letter for administrative use?

The official invitation letters are addressed to the head of the institution, who is responsible for designating members of the delegation.

Can graduate students or professors request personal invitations?

Individuals wishing to attend Knowledge Sharing Events without an invitation should apply for accreditation through the Annual Meetings website.

How do I get my name badge?

Badges can be collected at the registration desk upon presentation of a passport or ID and the registration confirmation letter.

Can the registration list be shared to coordinate meetings?

Registration lists are confidential and are not shared.
