Protocol officers will be present at the main arrival airport to welcome participants and provide guidance on transportation and initial logistics.
Transportation
Official shuttle services will operate between the airport, designated official hotels, and the Annual Meetings venue according to a published schedule.
Information Desk
A dedicated Information Desk will be available at the venue to assist participants with general inquiries, directions, and logistical support throughout the Annual Meetings.
Media Center
A dedicated Media Center will support accredited journalists and media representatives by providing a secure, fully equipped working environment throughout the event.
Internet Access
Wi-Fi access will be available at the venue to enable participants to remain connected during the Annual Meetings.
Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms will be available for bilateral and group meetings and may be reserved in advance or on site, subject to availability.
Medical Services
Basic medical and first aid services will be available on site. Participants are advised to ensure they have adequate international travel insurance.
Prayer Rooms
Designated prayer rooms will be available within the venue to accommodate participants’ religious practices.
Banking Services
Limited banking services, including ATMs and currency exchange facilities, will be available at or near the venue and selected hotels.
Travel Desk
A travel desk will be available at the venue to assist participants with general travel-related inquiries.
Lost & Found
A Lost & Found service will operate through the Information Desk to assist participants with misplaced personal items.
Interpretation Services
Simultaneous interpretation services will be provided during official meetings and Knowledge Sharing Events to facilitate effective communication among participants.

Are translation and interpretation services provided during the events?
Yes. Simultaneous interpretation for knowledge events and statutory meetings will be provided in four languages, Arabic, English, French, and Azeri.
